frozen seaweed

On a recent morning beach walk, I happened upon this bit of seaweed that had snagged on a driftwood log and frozen overnight. A few minutes later the rising sun had melted most of the frost away.

    Frost is so beautiful and old wood are a great “background” to this image. I agree with “Murtagh’s” above, it does look like a dragon.

    A beautiful record of a brief moment. You have to snap when you can or else! That’s especially true of frost and snow. Glad you caught this one. Still waiting for snow here and it looks to be quite a wait. 😦
